| Two of the oldest neighborhoods in Manhattan, yet among the youngest in spirit. |
| Chelsea is the latest home to New York's art world, has restaurants for every taste and budget, a lively club scene and great shopping. You'll find picture-perfect, 19th-century side streets lined with landmark row houses, leading into avenues where contemporary design and architecture challenge the status quo. |
| Greenwich Village is the famed quarter of the beat generation - less avant garde today, but remaining rich with charm, history and creative rhythm. Here you find jazz still lives, theater thrives and people congregate in the little squares as in a Roman piazza. |

| Our apartments are the ideal starting place for anyone who wants to feel the pulse of life in the greatest city in the world, while enjoying the feel of “coming home” to a street where New Yorkers live. These quiet streets and bustling avenues fill with a mix of longtime residents and new arrivals, all in tune to the complex attraction that draws us into its web. |
| All of the apartments are on safe, well-lighted and well-traveled streets. None is more than a couple of blocks from subway and bus lines, with easy connection to Grand Central and Penn Station. But our great location also means you can walk many places you’ll want to go: SoHo, Tribeca, the hip East Village, even the theater district. |

| There are dozens of movie theaters close at hand and serious shopping along 6th Avenue - the Ladies Mile of the 1800s. And at Chelsea Piers, one of the finest sports and play centers in the country, you’ll find swimming, golf, kayaking, bowling, ice skating … and a spa, for after. |
| There are coffee bars and restaurants on every street. Be sure to visit the two Antique Café locations you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, a snack, a glass of wine. And our menu is available to “take out” (a porter!) |
| If you want to “eat in” and cook at your apartment, you’ll find some of the best food stores anywhere in your own neighborhood Dean & DeLucca, Balducci’s, Whole Foods, The Chelsea Market and more. In fact, everything you need for a short or long stay can be found right outside your door. |
